FRISCO, TX — October 26, 2025 — A new era of human performance and mindset training is arriving in North Texas. The Mental Game Plan™, home of the groundbreaking RPM Experience™ (React. Pace. Motivate.), officially opens its doors online November 1, 2025, bringing a neuroscience-based approach to mental performance coaching, hypnosis, and leadership development for athletes, professionals, and organizations.
Founded by Jason Medlock, a Neuroscience and Mindset-Performance Coach, Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnotist, and author, The Mental Game Plan™ represents the convergence of sports psychology, neuroscience, and consciousness studies. Its mission: to help individuals and teams rewire their thinking, build emotional control, and achieve sustainable peak performance in both personal and professional arenas.
A Science-Backed System for Mental Mastery
At the heart of the company’s offerings is The RPM Experience™, a structured performance framework built around three neuroscience-driven pillars:
React—Develop awareness and control under pressure.
Pace—Regulate energy, focus, and workflow for consistency.
Motivate—Align purpose, passion, and discipline for long-term growth.
Each RPM program integrates mental-performance coaching, emotional-regulation training, and cognitive reprogramming tools designed to strengthen neural pathways linked to focus, confidence, and resilience.
“Our philosophy is simple,” says Medlock. “When you train the brain, you transform behavior. The RPM Experience™ gives individuals a repeatable method to stay composed, focused, and motivated regardless of circumstance.”
Programs That Serve Every Level of Performance
The Mental Game Plan™ will deliver a range of services for distinct audiences:
Athletes & Coaches—Elite mindset coaching for performance under pressure.
Professionals & Executives—Neuroscience-driven leadership and productivity training.
Workforce & Re-Entry Clients—Foundational mindset and emotional-resilience programs for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce.
Organizations & Teams—Customized workshops integrating neuroscience, behavioral science, and team-culture development.
Complementing these services are Medlock’s other initiatives: Hypnos Awakening™, offering clinical and quantum hypnosis for emotional reset and trauma release, and the Re-Claim and Rise™ Foundation, which applies these same mental-performance principles within justice and workforce-readiness programs across Texas.
Mission: Human Performance from the Inside Out
The Mental Game Plan’s mission is to bridge the gap between science and self-mastery—helping clients achieve balance, focus, and fulfillment through evidence-based coaching.
“Frisco is the perfect location for this kind of work,” Medlock notes. “It’s a community built on excellence—from athletics to business innovation. We’re here to support that culture by providing tools that optimize mental health, leadership, and peak performance.”
